4. Client Responsibilities

- →Ensure legal rights to provided materials
- →Make payments according to agreed terms
5. Intellectual Property
- →Client owns all content they provide
- →Final website ownership transfers upon full payment
- →NetworkBuilder retains rights to reusable components
- →We may showcase work in our portfolio (with consent)
6. Limitations

- →Not liable for indirect or consequential damages
